She's very often a corporate executive at an age where one life event occurs then another, then another; in such a manner where having time to recover is a luxury but very often never presented. She may be single, divorced, widowed or just over relationships in general and often focused on self-care, self-love and most of all self-respect. She knows what she wants out of life and refuses to settle. She works hard but seeks to play even harder or at least relax in luxury where "pamper me" is her main request.

Over the years, busy bee was our mode of operation with never finding time for self but always finding time for everyone else and we finally became tired of being shackled to a desk, shackled to close minds and shackled to the insanity of doing the same thing day in and day out but expecting something to change. We finally realized that a choice needed to be made; a choice of where to focus our busy energy and we chose to be busy at living life through travel and to bring the world along with us.   

2BusyNot2Travel is Wanda Thomas, a happy go lucky, laughter filled native New Yorker raised in North Carolina and exposed to all the world has to offer. She is a certified travel consultant, CLIA, IATA and ASTA member with a degree in Finance. She has an eclectic background but currently focuses on Planning and Escorting groups of women and occasionally men throughout the world. She is also a Personal Finance Specialist, Project Management Professional (PMP), an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a respected business professional.

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes, we provide quotes for all individuals & all private groups.

Do you charge a fee for travel quotes?

Yes, quotes for 1- 4 passengers require a non-refundable $200 planning fee for a single departure and destination; quotes for 5 or more passengers require a non-refundable $350 planning fee for a single departure and destination. All planning fees and trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Why do you charge a fee for travel quotes?

2BusyNot2Travel is a professional service provider holding travel industry, business industry, and project management credentials and certifications. 2BusyNot2Travel maintains aforementioned credentials and certifications along with industry knowledge and know how via continued extensive travel & project management training, seminars, mentoring sessions, site visits, cruise tours and vendor trade-shows. Our owner has over 30 years of business and customer service experience dedicated to a high level of client service demanded by busy corporate executives, emerging affluent and affluent clients that desire to assign the details to a professional while they simply reap the rewards of a well planned and executed travel and/or meeting experience. We allow our clients to focus on what is important in their daily lives and leave the planning and execution to us. Our clients have more time for teacher/parent conferences, daddy/daughter dances, little league baseball games, date nights, tennis, more vacation fun & relaxation and/or more client engagement and profitable meetings because they leave the planning and execution to us. 2BusyNot2Travel focuses on the quality of the client experience by providing the highest level of client service during the sale, during the trip experience and after the trip experience which caterers to our client demographic – we are not a drive-thru travel agency.

Do I need to pay a new quote fee with every request?

No, your initial planning fee is valid for 30 days. If a trip reservation is not finalized within 30 days, a new planning fee will be requested to provide additional quotes.

What is the 2BusyNot2Travel™ Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money to other travelers. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservations are accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Service for full details.

What Payments Do You Accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal Pay Later, and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Some online payments include a fee for service and convenience.

Do you offer a monthly payment plan?

2BusyNot2Travel™ offers several automatic draft payment plan options. We suggest that you should make every effort to make a payment every month unless prior arrangements have been made with the agency. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please communicate with the agency prior to your due date as late fees on monthly payments do apply. If you fail to make a payment for 30 days based on your payment option selection without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

How am I impacted if my roommate doesn't pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost to change to a single occupancy room.

How do I get started and what comes next?

Do You Send Payment Reminders?

Each client, upon initial deposit, will receive an invoice listing remaining balance and a  monthly schedule of payment due dates. Although 2BusyNot2Travel™ may send occasional payment reminders, it is up to the client to notate their calendars for payment date compliance.

Who's Booking Me?

Reservation Questions

No prices are locked until the initial deposit is made. The best time to provide initial deposit is ASAP after the quote is provided.

  • Submit your initial deposit
  • Sign any terms and conditions documents as required
  • Complete and return the credit card authorization form, if applicable
  • A receipt and invoice with the remaining balance and schedule of payments will be emailed
  • All monthly payments will be automatically drafted on the listed due date from the medium used to make the initial deposit
  • If travel vendor available, payments will be automatically processed by the travel agent using your credit card authorization form on the date(s) or within 5 business days of the date(s) as indicated in your trip terms and conditions.
  • Travel documents will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change if your roommate does not fulfill their contract.

Please email or call the agency with the desire for change. Any name changes to a reservation will incur a minimum fee of $50 and will require payment prior to any change.

Making sure that the name provided matches your travel identification exactly. If a middle name, suffix or any other detail is present on your travel identification, make sure you inform the agency at the time of making your initial deposit and before the booking is made. Reservation changes can be very costly.

Yes, you can make reservations on any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open and rooms are available. Pricing may not be the same as set for the original deposit due date. You will need to make the first deposit and then make payments based on your select payment option type.

All future payments will be automatically drafted from the original initial deposit form of payment. You will receive an invoice copy as requested after the initial invoice is provided. An additional payment processing fee may apply depending on method of payment.

Travel documents will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.
